Employee shall include current, former and future full-time, part-time, leased, seasonal and temporary workers as well as volunteers whose labor or service is or was engaged by and directed by the Company. Employee shall include an applicant for employment as an Employee with the Company. Employee shall not include an independent contractor or an individual working for the Company pursuant to an independent contractor agreement.
